제목 Fabrication of electrospun PAN nanofiber with syringeless system and its surface treatment via CVD process
초록 Electrospinning is simple spinning method due to its conventionality to spun using various polymers. However, there is limitation of productivity because the electrospinning method is based on syringe system. On the other hand, controlling surface functionality of nanofiber is important in nanofiber industry because the nanofiber couldn’t be used the high functional object without the surface treatment. However, there is disadvantage that the morphology of nanofibers were destroyed in conventional surficial treatment in solution by shear force. Herein, a syringeless system, which include helically probed conductive rods, was used for higher production rate than the conventional methods. In addition, to remain the morphology of nanofiber during surface treatment, amine compound was also introduced onto the surface of nanofiber via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. Furthermore, nanofibers are expected to apply to various fields such as an electrochemical field.
