제목 Preparation of injectable coacervate hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid and chitosan
초록 We have developed an injectable coacervate hydrogel with re-modulable property. The hydrogel is formed between two synthesized binary polymers: dopamine conjugated hyaluronic acid (HA-DN) as anionic and lactose modified chitosan (chitlac) as cationic which are frequently applied due to biocompatibility. Both polymers were chosen due to their biocompatibility and biodegradability. Electrostatic interaction among the polymer chains accompanied and Michael addition reaction of catechol molecules at alkaline pH construct the stable hydrogel. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy investigation clearly explain the mechanism behind the formation of as prepared hydrogel. pH dependency of coacervate hydrogel was confirmed via examination of transmittance and zeta-potential measurement. Findings from the investigation of rheology and swelling kinetics assure the stability of the hydrogel. The formed hydrogel can be applied in different biological application.
