Characterization of biodegradable poly(p-dioxanone), PPDO |
초록 |
Poly(1,4-dioxanone-2-one){poly(p-dioxanone), PPDO} is an easily hydrolyable material used to fabricate monofilament suture and porous scaffold with good tenacity and knotting. Solid state polymerization of PPDO has been studied at a variety of conditions. The effect of the process on molecular weight change and oligomer content has been examined. And we studied on the relationship between the degree of polymerization of PDO and the content of initiator, Laurly alcohol{CH3(CH2)11OH}. The thermal stability according to the content of the catalyst, transition properties and rheological properties of PPDO were also investigated. |
