제목 Preparation of thermal responsive cubosomes containing gold nanoparticles.
초록 Conventional gold nanoparticles can hardly accommodate therapeutics and we designed poly(N-isopropylacrylamide_co_ocatecyl acrylate) (P(NIPAM_co_ODA))-immobilized and gold nanoparticle-loaded cubosomes, which can readily water-soluble drugs.
Gold nanoparticles were formed in the water channels of cubosomes by including stearic acid(SA), which can absorb AU2+ on interfaces of the cubosomes and water.
A thermo sensitive polymer have a lower critical solution temperature (LCST), which is water-soluble and takes an extended form under the LCST and takes a contracted form when the temperature is increased above the LCST. Irradiating a laser, gold nanopariticles will generate heat and the themperature of the cubosomes will be increased.  
Therefore, P(NIPAM_co_ODA) immobilized in the water channels was phase transition and it will control the release of drugs from the cubosomes.
