Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted attentions from industry and academic community for tomorrow’s photovoltaics, because of their advantages of easy fabrication, low cost, light-weightiness, and flexibility. Dithianosilole(DTSi) unit is attractive due to its compact planar structure that could be beneficial to the electron delocalization and improve mobility into various conjugated polymers. Introducing electron withdrawing group 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole(BT) unit is to incorporate chromospheres highly absorbing in visible and near-infrared regions. Thiophene spacer was introduced in polymer back bone for increasing charge transporting property and π-conjugation length. In this study, we were designed and synthesized copolymers based on DTSi-BT. We investigated thermal, electrochemical, topologic, optical properties and photovoltaic performance by fabricating the PSCs devices. |
