Study of emission characteristic depending on layer methods of TWC wash-coat. |
초록 |
Development of after-treatment system is forced more and more because the emission regulation is enhanced. Usually TWC(Three-Way Catalyst) is used to reduce the emission on gasoline vehicles and TWC consist of Pt,Pd and Rh as a precious metal. This precious metal is coated by wash-coat on catalyst carrier. The WC layer method is important factor for catalyst efficiency. We had tests with engine test bench and vehicle test bench to compare the catalyst efficiency depending on layer method. Emission test did on Chassis Dynameters Test Bench and a test cycle is FTP-75 (Federal Test Procedure). We analyzed the mission through using modal and bag analyzer on FTP-75. |
