제목 Synthesis of well-defined Polymer brushes on the Poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) Particle surfaces by Living Anionic Polymerization
초록 Polydiene brushes and poly(styrene-b-isoprene) brushes were synthesized on the poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) particle surfaces by means of Living Anionic Polymerization with sec-BuLi as an initiator and N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylethylenediamine(TMEDA) as a polar additive. Graft efficiency and graft density were investigated using free polymer that were controlled by removal of excess sec-BuLi and concentration of TMEDA, respectively. Surfaces of the particles were analyzed by SEM. Molecular weights and molecular weight distributions were measured using GPC, microstructures and compositions were characterized by 1H-NMR.
