제목 | pH and Redox Responsive Multi-functional Microdrug Carrier Synthesis for Selective Drug Release to Tumor Microenvironments |
초록 | As the cancer exhibit distinguishing environments from normal cells which called tumor micro-environments (TMEs), TME can be used as a stimuli to induce controlled drug release. However, heteregenous stimuli levels at different tumor sites and progression stage, single stimuli responsive drug carrier could not effectively release the drug to TMEs. Therefore, it is demended to develop multi-stimuli responsive drug carrier. Here, we synthesized pH and redox responsive micro-drug carrier via stop flow lithography technique. When the two different monomers were randomly copolymerized, hybrod type drug carriers were synthesized which can be fully degraded only in highly reductive and acidic conditions. Furthurmore, we synthesized Janus-type microparticle which has two chemically independent compartments. Each compartment can be degraded under different tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, each compartment individually encapsulates different model drug. |
