Synthesis and characterization of UV and UV/thermal curable film adhesive with modified urethane acrylate |
초록 |
Modified urethane acrylate oligomer of UV and UV/thermal dual curing type was studied to facilitate a reliable film adhesion. The curing types of urethane resin are able to affect the film adhesive properties. In this study, curable resin were prepared from diisocyanates, polyol, 2-HEA(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate), epoxy. There were characterized by FT-IR, photo-DSC, TGA and viscometer. Also, it was observed that T-peel strength of the adhesive materials compared curable adhesives with commercial reference by UTM instrument. As a result, we confirmed potential ability of a reliable film adhesive. |
