Preparation of inexpensive graphene via modified Hummers method |
| 초록 |
A Hummers method was modified to afford surface oxidation of graphite without severe exfoliation. Then, the graphites were grafted with diazonium salts, followed by exfoliation via sonication. The diazonium salts were utilized to give easy exfoliation and good water-dispersion after exfoliation. The exfoliated graphites were subjected to centrifugation and analysis by FT-IR, Raman and TEM. Finally, conductivity and transparency of graphene films were evaluated. |
