제목 Preparation of waterborne polyurethane film doped with porphyrin fluorescent probe for mercury ions detection
초록 Tracing and analysing heavy metal ions rapidly are having great interests both environmentally and biologically. Among the metal ions, mercury ion optical sensing characteristics of waterborne polyurethane films doped with 5, 10, 15, 20-tetraphenylporphyrin(H2TPP) was investigated. Because of high fluorescence quantum yield and large Stokes shift, porphyrins have been used as fluorescing reagents for the determination of metal cations. Upon addition of Hg2+, the intensity of Soret-band decreased with red-shift in absorption spectrum and the fluorescence intensity reduced with increasing amount of Hg2+. We have investigated its interactions with other cations such as Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, Al3+, and Cr3+ ions under identical experimental conditions.
