Synthesis and Characterization of Organic Thin Film Transistor |

Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted great interests in both industrial and academic research communities as low-cost alternatives to traditional silicon based transistors for electronic applications in the past two decades. The field effect mobility of OFETs is still lower than those of the inorganic thin film transistors. However, the advantages of cheap manufacturing and simple processing make them suitable for commercial applications. we synthesis and characterization of a new organic semiconductor and measured the TFT performance. |
