In this study, we synthesize cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanofibers web by electrospinning method using precursors and poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) composite solutions followed by thermal treatment. The composite solutions were prepared by sol-gel processing. The materials were characterized by SEM, XRD and FT-IR. The surface morphology and the crystallinity of the fibers depended on the calcination temperatures. The CoFe2O4 fibers with 100 – 250 nm diameters were obtained by calcinations at 800oC. |
