제목 Photovoltaic Properties of Qunoxaline-Thieno[3,2-b]thiophene Based Copolymer as a Donor Materials
초록 Qunoxaline derivertives and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene are extensively used in the chemisty of organic electronics because of high electron-accepting and good planerity, respectively. In this study, We synthesized quinoxaline-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene based copolymer using Stille coupling reaction and a bulk heterojunction structure of glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer-PCBM(1:3)/LiF/Aluminium, were fabricated for investigating photovoltaic properties. [70]PCBM and [60]PCBM were used as an acceptor. Maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) was up to 1.39% under AM1.5G conditions. It had relatively high VOC (0.69V) and JSC (5.29mA/cm2).
