제목 | Characterization of Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 film sulfurized with metal and selenide stacks |
초록 | Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSS) is considered as most promising material for low cost thin film solar cells due to abundant and low cost elements. This material system is similar to the Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)2 in crytal structure. CZTSS consists of Cu2ZnSnSe2(~0.96eV) and Cu2ZnSnS4(1.4~1.5eV) respectively, and the its band gap can be engineered with 1.1eV by sulfur content. In addition, it shows best efficiency with 11.1% in the world. Fabrication of CZTSS thin film by sputtering and sulfurizing can be one of the methods for solar cells. Although sputtering is suitable way for mass-production and scalability, it causes poor adhesion. So, in this study, some of metal layers were substitute to selenide layer. And the precursor was annealed with sulfur vapor. The characterization of thin film was investigated by Scanning electron microscopy, Energy-dispersive spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction. |
