Convertion of Block Copolymer Nano Patterns into Mixed-SAM System |
초록 |
Block copolymer has been studied for the breakthrough of fabricating nano-patterns with several-10 nanometer scale. In this study, we fabricated the block copolymer patterns fabricated by body-contered cubic structure of polystyrene-polymethylmethacrylate block copolymer, and converted this nano-patterns into mixed self-assembled monolayer (SAM) system. Finally, we combined bio-molecules selectively into this patterns and characterized. |
