제목 | Thermo-responsive Pluronic Nanogels |
초록 | Pluronic nanogels crosslinked with heparin were newly synthesized by modified emulsification/solvent evaporation method. Preactivated pluronic F-127 with p-nitrophenyl chloroformate was dissolved in dichloromethane. This organic phase was emulsified to nanoparticular size in water by sonication. Activated pluronic F-127 in this emulsion reacted with residual amine of heparin in water, and pluronic nanogels were formed. Pluronic nanogels exhibit a thermally responsible swelling and shrinking behavior and a sharp volume transition over the temperature range of 25 – 33 oC. The reversible volume transition of pluronic nanogels was caused by the micellization and demicellization of cross-linked pluronic polymer chains within the nanogel structure in response to temperature.
