제목 New Architecture for Stable Polymer Solar CellsUsing Solution-Based Titanium Oxide as a Buffer Layer
초록 We developed a new polymer solar cell device structure by introducing an inorganic buffer layer, solution processable titanium oxide (TiOx), between the transparent anode electrode and the hole transport layer. The TiOx buffer layer has been used as a transparent electron transport layer and a stable buffer layer in the PSCs. Furthermore, the TiOx layer can reduce contamination of the device and protects the devices from UV light. We demonstrated that these positive effects in our new structure devices result in enhanced stability of PSC even on the flexible substrate.
