Carbon nanotubes are of great interest in the research of a variety of electronic devices due to its novel properties. Especially, in the area of organic electronics that focus on solution-based processes, single wall carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) are considered as prospective active materials. Network formed with the tubes can play a role of active layer showing averaged properties of many individual tubes with distinct properties related to chiralities. Here, we construct SWNTs random network in Block Copolymer matrix by spin-coating SWNTs suspension stabilized by BCP micelles, and then characterize their performance in TFT configuration. Various type of micelles are investigated, PS-P4VP, PS-PAA, and PS-PEO. And these systems are compared with polymer/SWNTs composite dispersed by homopolymer wrapping. Furthermore, specific functional groups and nano domains of Block copolymer can be easily used to incorporate some kinds of nanomaterials or molecules to modify TFT performance. |
