제목 | The effects of Ag nanoparticles on the properties of Poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV) |
초록 | Polymer/nanoparticle hybrids have been increasingly studied because of their enhanced properties for organic light emitting devices (OLEDs). Polymer/nanoparticle hybrids can be served as active material in OLEDs. In this study, we made Poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV) nanohybrid films by incorporation of Ag nanoparticles into the conjugated polymer PPV. We focused on the chemical structure and bonding state in the nanohybrid film. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and near X-ray absorption fine structure contributed toward an understanding of the chemical structure and bonding states of the PPV and PPV / Ag nanocomposite films. Surface morphology was obtained by atomic force microscopy. Current-voltage characteristics were also monitored. |
