A polycarprolactone gafted poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl-DL-aspartamide (PHEA)) synthesized by Candida antarctica Lipase B as a catalyst. Lipase B (Novozym-435 from Candida antarctica) was used as a catalyst, and polycondensation were chosen as novel attempt. The polymerization was achieved by heating a mixture of Lipase B, poly(N-2hyeroxyethyl-DL-aspartamide(PHEA)), and polycarprolactone in toluene for 24 h at 70oC. The grafted polymer were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and gel Permeation chromatography (GPC). The biocompatible nano-fiber sheet was test for tissue engineering. |
