제목 Preparation of monodisperse silica-carbonized black composite particles through sol-gel method for digital paper
초록 Monodisperse hybrid carbonized black microsphere-silica composite particles were prepared and their feasibility as a core material in a digital paper was investigated. The carbonized black particles were produced via seeded polymerization and the transformation of polyAN. After the acid treatment, the carboxyl group modified black microsphere-silica composite particles were synthesized through the sol-gel method. The morphology of composite particles was monitored utilizing an optical and scanning electron microscope. The switching times of devices using carbonized particles were observed depending on the applied potential and cell gap of device.
