제목 Nanopatterns by Micellar Monolayers of Diblock Copolymers with In Situ Core-Corona Inversion and Their Applications for Nano-Reactors
초록 We demonstrated a transferable nanopattern from a micellar monolayer film of diblock copolymers. By simple spin coating, a freestanding monolayer film of diblock copolymer micelles was fabricated. The film composed of two-dimensionally compacted micelles showed mechanical stability without a supporting substrate and was transferable to various substrates. Moreover, it was possible to switch nanopatterns between positive and negative tones by core-corona inversion of micelles in situ in a freestanding film with a selective solvent for the core without deterioration of the film. With this novelty, nanoparticle-precursors (silver acetate) and catalysts (ferric chloride) for conducting polymers (polypyrrole) coordinated to the core block were transported from isolated spherical cores to a continuous matrix by core-corona inversion. Therefore, we were able to change the location of nanoparticles and conducting polymers from isolated islands to a continuous matrix, which can result in different physical properties of the film.
