제목 PAN/cellulose acetate 혼합용액을 이용한 electrospun carbon nanofibers의 PEMFC 특성
초록 The fiber webs of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-Cellulose Acetate (CA) blending polymer solution were prepared by electrospinning method. The polymer solutions above were used by blending 10 wt.% PAN in DMF with 10 wt.% CA in DMF at a weight ratio of 9:1, 7:3, 5:5. The carbon nanofibers (CNF) to use as catalyst support materials of Pt particle were prepared by stabilizing electrospun webs at 280℃ in the air atmosphere and carbonizing it at 1000℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. The diameters of CNFs were determined by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The size and morphology of the catalysts were determined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The characteristics of electrochemical were measured by cyclic voltammograms (CV). The performance of PEMFC was the highest that of the PAN : CA = 7:3 (PC73).
