제목 The Synthesis of (PHEMA-R-GMA) for Facile Surface Modification via Thermal Cross-linking and Grafting Polymerization
초록 A hydrogel of poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) has been widely investigated due to its outstanding properties such as nontoxicity, biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, gas permeability and good stability. In this work, We have synthesized poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-r-glycidyl methacrylate) (PHEMA-r-GMA) which possess dual functions such as bio-compatible and cross linkable property by classical radical polymerization methods. The polymeric solution was spread on the silicon substrate via spin-coating or dipping methods, and then the formed film was thermally cured at 125 ℃. After modifying –OH group with Br- terminated coupling agent, the stable polymeric thin film was used as a macro initiator of grafting polymerization for construction of a nano-porous polyoxazoline. The synthesized (PHEMA-r-GMA) and the film were characterized by TGA, DSC, NMR, AFM, SEM, contact anglometer and FT-IR.
