Controlled, rapid deposition of chemically derived graphene thin films |
| 초록 |
We developed a simple and facile method of coating chemically derived grapheme for a transparent electrode. Such thin films were prepared by dragging a tiny volume of aqueous suspension of graphene oxide (GO) confined in a meniscus, followed by reducing the GO coatings with hydrazine or hydriodic acid vapors. The effects of deposition speed and numbers on sheet resistance and transparency of the grapheme thin films will be presented. |
