Polyimide (PIs) have been widely studied in microelectronic industry because of their outstanding thermal chemical stabilities, high tensile strength and modulus, and good dielectric properties. Recently, Organic/Inorganic hybrid materials have been widely studied because novel materials properties can be produced through systematic design of the organic and inorganic segments. In this study, polyimide/new aromatic silsesquioxane hybrid composites, BPDA-ODA and MPP (O-,M-P-),were synthesized using an in situ sol-gel reaction and multistep curing, respcectively. The hybrid thin film were prepared by the poly(amic acid)s and mpp as the precursors. PI hybrid nanocomposite film investigated FT-IR spectra and FT-Raman spectra confirmed the formation. TGA results suggest the thermal stability hybrid film increased with the introducing of inorganic moties into the PI up to 900℃. |
