Effect of acid treatment on the catalyst coated membrane for the performance enhancement of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell |
| 초록 |
Performance enhancement of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell was investigated after acid treatment on the catalyst coated membrane. The catalyst coated membrane was prepared by the spray coating method and the acid treatment was accomplished by various conditions such as chemical species, concentrations and temperature. The effect of the acid treatment could be plotted by IV curve. Investigations of acid treated catalyst coated membrane showed the change of hydrophobicity / hydrophilicity of membrane surface and this change was considered in relation to the performance enhancement of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell. |
