제목 Study on calcium phosphate-induced surface modification of PCL microsphere and fibrinogen adsorption
초록 Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a polyester known to be biodegradable. PCL microsphere was manufactured using a double emulsion method.In order to improve biological function of PCL microsphere, we modified microsphere surface with calcium phosphate and investigated interfacial behavior of fibrinogen on microspheres. The effects of preparation conditions on physical and chemical surface properties of microsphere including size, surface charge and morphology, chemical structure and protein adsorption were characterized using zeta potential, FE-SEM, and FTIR.
