제목 Effect of Self-Assembly of Amphiphilic Copolymers on the skin Permeation
초록 Topical drug delivery system is one of the most interesting research fields in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. Here, novel nanoparticles based on poly(butylmethacrylate-co-[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride) [poly(BMA-co-METAC)] are introduced for non-invasive drug delivery. These new carriers can transport biological active agents through the intact skin. This capability comes from not only deformability, but also surface charge of the carriers. In order to prove the main effects of deformability and surface charge, poly(butylmethacrylate), poly(methylmethacrylate) and its copolymer with METAC are used.
