제목 A facile ligand-mediated synthesis of 2D halide perovksite CsPb2Br5 nanorods at the room temperature
초록 The optical and electrical properties of the halide perovskites significantly depend on their crystal structure. 2D halide provskite CsPb2Br5 has better optical and electrical properties than 3D halide perovskite CsPbBr3. And recently, nanorod-shaped perovskite nanocrystal has been reported as a very promising candidate for lasing and photodetectors. However, there is no specific synthesis approach that produces CsPb2Br5 nanorods with high uniformity. In this study, we are able to control the shape and size of CsPb2Br5 precisely by using different kinds of the ligands and changing the concentration of the ligands. With this observation, we can tune the size of CsPb2Br5 nanorods from 100 nm to 20 μm.
