제목 Preparation of a protective membrane to protect an enzyme biosensor
초록 The present study relates to a matrix-typed, curdlan membrane to protect a biosensor. The matrix has a unique networking structure by a heat treatment. The networking structure was opened to the network only in the aquatic condition however closed to the network again in the dry condition. The curdlan membrane can provide a UV-safety enzyme biosensor. To examine the UV cutting performance of a curdlan membrane, reactive oxygen level was measured by using HRP (horse radish peroxidase) covered with a curdlan membrane after a UV treatment. The results suggest that an enzyme biosensor treated with a curdlan matrix can measure a reactive oxygen under a UV condition.
