제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Various Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Polymers Using Ldderlike poly(silesequioxane) by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization.
초록 We succeeded in the synthesis of new hybrid banched polymers with various monomer such as POSS-propionate, methyl methacrylate, and styrene by atom transfer radical polymerization technique. A reactive ladderlike poly(silsesquioxane) with pendant chloromethyl groups was used as a macroinitiator for atom transfer radical polymerization. The ladderlike poly(silsesquioxane) content in hybrid polymers could be controlled with different monomers and the reaction time. The structures of the hybrid branched polymers were well characterized by 1H-NMR and FTIR. The thermal properties of the branched polymers were studied by the DSC and TGA techniques.
