The ink-jet printing technique has attracted much attention in electronic industry due to its unique advantages. Recently, ink-jet research is focusing on embodying a fine pitch pattern on printed circuit board (PCB) with the developing of high functional ink materials, print head and surface treatment etc. For the introduction of inkjet technology, it was used to polyimide film and conductive ink. it is important of balance between spreading and adhesion using tetradecane based silver ink and polyimide film for fine and thick line. . In this study, surface treatment is considered as a way of decreasing the surface energy and increasing the adhesion using physical properties. |
