Synthesis and characterization of nanocrystalline tin oxide by Catalytic surface reaction method for ITO target |
초록 |
Nanocrystalline SnO2 particles have been synthesized by a catalytic surface reaction method from the very simple starting material granulated tin. The synthesis leads a catalytic surface reaction process when derivatived carboxylic acid group is introduced in the solution obtained by dissolving granulated tin in HNO3. Derivatived carboxylic acid group has a great effect on stabilizing the precursor solution, and slows down the hydrolysis and condensation processes. The obtained SnO2 particles range from 50nm in size when the reaction temperature is heat treated. The particles applied to preparation of high density ITO target for the excellent transparent conducting film. |
