제목 Synthesis and characterization of polyepichlorohydrin by cationic ring opening polymerization under high solid content condition
초록 In this study, polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) was synthesized via cationic ring opening polymerization under high solid content condition using boron trifluoride etherate as catalyst, and toluene as solvent. We changed solid content(50-100%) and various reaction conditions such as [Catalyst]/[Initiator] ratio(0.1-1), monomer feed rate(10-1000 mL/min), reaction temperature(20-40℃). During the polymerization, we monitored the reaction temperature and the torque of the reaction mixture. The PECH is characterized by GPC, 1H-NMR, DSC, and FT-IR. The molecular weight of 1k, 2k, 3k of the PECH Diol and Triol were synthesized.
