We report the synthesis and electrical property of a thermally cross-linkable triarylamine polymer, which was synthesized by Yamamoto coupling reaction. In order for the polymer to be cross-linkable, 5 mol% divinyl group containing fluorene co-monomer was added. The polymer is well soluble in common organic solvents, such as toluene, THF and chloroform. The absorbtion spectrum of the polymer on the quartz substrate (at 180℃ for 1hour) appears almost same after rinsing with toluene. Details about polymer structure, fabrication and results of the OLEDs using the polymer will be presented. |
