Photopatterning of photo inactive polymers using nitrene crosslinkers |
| 초록 |
Generally, precise choice of monomer and polymerization is required to prepare photo-active polymers such as photoresists to formulate patterned polymer structures. In this study, photopatterning of various commodity polymers which have not include any photo-active crosslinkable groups through nitrene chemistry. General crosslinker molecules which can induce inter-crosslinking of most of synthetic polymers are simply synthesized through simple organic chemistry. |
