제목 | Preparation of phospholipid-stabilized solid lipid nanoparticles containing paclitaxel by emulsification-diffusion process |
초록 | The objectives of this study were to improve the stability and the loading efficiency of paclitaxel usingphospholipid nanoparticles. The phospholipid nanoparticles containing the paclitaxel were prepared by emulsificationdiffusion process. We studied physical properties with a variation of concentration of phospholipid, particle size and stability of colloidal lipid suspension using light scattering particle analyzer. The loading amounts of paclitaxel in phospholipid nanoparticles were measured by UV-visible spectroscopy. As a results, the particle size of phospholipid nanoparticles was 70~80nm and loading ratios of paclitaxel in nanoparticles were 50~70%. The influences of several parameters such as phospholipid/drug ratios and phospholipid solution/water ratios were evaluated at the point of the stability of colloidal lipid suspension. The optimal conditions were determined on 8% w/v phospholipid concentration, 9/1 phospholipid/drug ratio and 1/2 phospholipid solution/water ratio. |
