제목 열기상증착법으로 합성된 ZnS 나노선의 미세구조 분석
초록 ZnS nanowires have been synthesized by a catalyst-free simple thermal evaporation method in an Ar atmosphere. Large area, high and uniform density of ZnS nanowires were grown on silicon (100) substrate in an Ar atmosphere. The ZnS nanowires have diameters in the range of several nm to several hundreds of nanometer and length to several tens of micrometer. Most of synthesized nanowires have wurtzite- growth direction but some nanowires have sphareite- direction. The product was analyzed with scanning electon microscopy, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The ZnS nanowires which had both sphalerite and wurtzite structure almost single crystalline but stacking faults are commonly observed in these nanowires. We explained the structural change between sphalerite and wurtzite is due to stacking fault by using high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and national center for electron microscopy simulation system(NCEMSS)
