Carboxymethyl Chitosan-Ofloxacin was prepared via chemical Reaction for Drug Delivery System |
| 초록 |
Carboxymethyl chitosan-ofloxacin(CMCh-ofloxacin) was prepared via chemical reaction with different carboxymethyl chitosan and ofloxacin for drug delivery system. The structure were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), 1H-NMR. Degree of substitution (DS) was determined by 1H-NMR. The average of diameter, drug content, and drug loading efficiency of CMCh-ofloxacin were investigated by DLS and UV, respectively. |
