Poly(ethylene-ter-hexen-ter-divinylbenzene)(EHV) terpolymers containing divinylbenzene side group prepared by a metallocene copolymerization using rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2/MAO catalyst system show good solubility in common organic solvents, controllable DVB content, high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight and composition distributions. In this study, We synthesized EHV-g-PBS and EHV-g-PI graft copolymer having tert-butylstyrene (PBS) hard segment or polyisoprene (PI) soft segment side chains using anionic graft-from polymerization. In addition, the pendent groups were introduced to high-vinyl PI by Thiol-ene click reaction between functionalized Thiol group and double bonds. We investigated the graft copolymers, which might bring the copolymers with special properties. |
