제목 | High Efficient Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes by Charge Confine structure |
초록 | We have developed High efficienct green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes(PHOLEDs) using (4,4’-N,N’-dicarbazole)biphenyl(CBP) and N,N’-dicarbazolyl-3,5-benzene(mCP) as an exciton blocking layer. In the devices, CBP and mCP was introduced to block triplet exciton quenching. The maximum current efficiency is 48 cd/A at 1000 cd/m2 compared with 13 cd/A of standard device. |
