A study on anode of ZnCo2O4/activated hard carbon for supercapacitor |
초록 |
The ACs was prepared from polymeric precursors by physical activation with CO2 in the previous experiment. And the ACs/ZnCo2O4 was synthesized in order to increase the moving speed of the electronic. The specific surface area and total pore volume were investigated by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller equation with N2/77K adsorption isotherms. And the surface morphologies of the ZnCo2O4/ACs were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The electrochemical behaviors were studied by galvanostatic charge–discharge, cyclic voltammetry (CV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test, respectively. The ACs / ZnCo2O4 was applied as an electrode for EDLCs and analyzed in relation to amount of the ZnCo2O4. |
