제목 Transformable of PCL/PCL-PEG nanofiber surface by pluronic F127 for drug delivery
초록 In vascular disease, inserted materials such as stent have problem because of protein absorption on the surface of stent. Poly (ε-caprolactone) - poly (ethylene glycol-(amine)2) [PCL-PEG] block copolymer was used for electrospining by different ratio of PCL-PEG(amine)2 from 0% to 100% mixed with PCL. And Pluronic F127 was conjugated with on electrospun nanofiber [PCL/PCL-PEG-F127] as molar ratio 1:1. F127 conjugation was confirmed by contact angle that PCL/PCL-PEG-F127 angle was smaller than PCL/PCL-PEG nanofiber (control). 1H NMR showed PEO peak at 3.4 ppm in PCL/PCL-PEG-F127, which is not detected control. mPEG-FITC micelle was loaded on nanofiber at 4°C and 37°C to prove F127 effect to control drug release in PBS at 37°C. As the result, more than 5% (w/w) of drug was released out from PCL/PCL-PEG-F127 compared with control for 5days so that F127 conjugated on the surface of nanofiber enhanced sustained drug release.
