Herein, we demonstrated that the ultrathin films of SWNT/peptide hybrids via combination method of sonication and vacuum filtration were performed as an advanced electrode for biosensor, exhibiting high electron transfer rate, response time, and sensitivity. The electrochemical properties of the SWNT/peptide films were analyzed by the cyclic voltammetry and amperometric responses. The concepts and materials suggested in this study could be suitable for the development of carbon nanotube-based nanomaterials and electrochemical applications. |
