| 초록 | Molecular weight of PEG-PLGA-PEG triblock copolymers Poly(ethylene glycol-b-(DL-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)-b-ethylene glycol), PEG-PLGA-PEG, triblock copolymers was studied by 1H-NMR and GPC. 1H-NMR was used to determine the molecular weight and composition of triblock copolymers and GPC was used to obtain the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. The molecular weight obtained by 1H-NMR, GPC, (MS) was compared each other. |
