제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Red Emitting Iridium(III) Complexes for Solution Processed PhOLEDs
초록 Compared with the considerable efforts devoted to the development of highly efficient low-molecular-weight red phosphors based on vacuum deposition technology, the research on solution processible red phosphors has not progressed as well, even though a solution process is believed the favorable fabrication technique for low cost, large area flat panel displays and solid state lighting. In this study, we report the synthesis, redox, photophysical, and EL properties of new red emitting six heteroleptic Ir(III) complexes containing main ligands by making use of phenothiazine containing phenylquinoline moieties from syngerestic effects between phenothiazine and quinoline derivatives for solution processing of emitting layer in the phosphorescent OLED (PhOLED) fabrication.
