제목 Fabrication of densely packed titania nanosheet multi-layer thin film and polymeric nanocomposites
초록 Titania nanosheets of unilamella two-dimensional crystallites were synthesized by the flux method and exfoliation process to give titania nanosheets (K0.8Li0.267Ti1.733O4). A multilayer film of titania nanosheet crystallites was fabricated using poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) in the layer-by-layer (LBL) process, where gold strongly interacted with the amine group to give a robust nanostructure via ultrasonication treatment and UV-light irradiation. Titania nanosheets were tiled without gap as a consequence overlapped and crumpled nanosheets by ultrasonication treatment. Photoinduced hydrophilic conversion of titanate surfaces were obtained by UV irradiation and transformed into the titania multi-layer thin film of polymer free form. The titania multi-layer film and its polymeric nanocomposites were analyzed using FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, spectroscopic ellipsometry and UV-vis spectroscopy.
