제목 Fabrications of Polyacrylonitrile Nanofibers by Electrospinning Technique and Its Application to Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 We fabricated the electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers by the electrospinning method and applied as a polymer membrane on the Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). To form the electrospun PAN nanofibers, PAN (Mw = 150,000) was first dissolved in DMF to 11 wt% and 13 wt%. The morphology of electrospun PAN nanofibers from the 13 wt% solution showed more regular morphology than them from the 11 wt% solution. Photovoltaic characteristics were measured by using Solar Simulator with a black mask under AM 1.5. The Voc of the FTO/TiO2/Dye/Electrolyte/Pt/FTO device using electrospun PAN nanofibers from the 13 wt% solution was 0.707 V, the Jsc was 18.4 mA/cm2, and the overall power conversion efficiency achieved up to 7.16 %.
